Ana L. León is a Strategy Manager focused on internal business processes and enterprise transformation. With over 20 years of experience in strategy, research, and evaluation, she helps organizations strategically utilize data, systems thinking, and cross-functional alignment to improve decision-making and operational outcomes. 

Ana's academic background in public policy shapes how she approaches strategy. She holds a BS from Georgetown University, an MPP from the University of Denver, and a Ph.D. in Political Science with a specialization in public policy from the University of Colorado Boulder. This training has played a fundamental role in shaping her focus on equity, access, and measurable outcomes across complex systems.

Alongside her primary strategy leadership role, Ana serves as a Senior Advisor to nonprofit and social impact organizations. Guided by her commitment to education and community-centered solutions, she also supports research, evaluation, and capacity-building efforts that help organizations expand opportunity and reduce inequities. Throughout her work, she emphasizes the ethical and responsible use of data and AI.
