Andrea Papierski is an accomplished leader whose career spans a diverse range of roles, from Project Manager to Deputy Director, bringing a strong record of execution, operational excellence, and results-driven leadership. She contributed to all four City for Champions projects, helping deliver complex, high visibility initiatives that strengthened the region’s impact and infrastructure.

​Andrea’s leadership is shaped by her core strengths: Arranger, which empowers her to coordinate people and resources seamlessly; Strategic, enabling her to see patterns, identify opportunities, and chart effective paths forward; and Consistency, which guides her commitment to fairness, reliability, and building sustainable systems.
