Annette Arnold brings over 25 years of experience in business, learning and development, and leadership strategy to the Women in Leadership course. Throughout her career, she has designed and led impactful programs that support leader growth at every level — with a special focus on mentoring, DEI, and advancing women in leadership.

Annette’s work includes building a successful enterprise-wide mentoring program for high-potential women leaders at a Fortune 100 company, as well as developing leadership curricula that inspire confidence, accountability, and long-term success.
