Blaire Bingham is a career civil servant with broad and global experiences across multiple bureaucracies and cultures in the United States Federal Government. Her passion is to help leaders navigate complex issues through deep and innovative analytic approaches. She architects processes that break organizational stovepipes, bring experts together and integrate different perspectives to mitigate biases that hinder creativity and growth. 

Blaire loves to dig deep into the most vexing problems, connect dots and ask questions others do not think to ask for more productive outcomes. She is thrilled to bring her expertise in driving ideas, intellectual growth and transformation to the Women in Leadership program.
