She is dedicated to creating high-impact programs and events, including the Thrive Together Women’s Leadership Summit, which inspires and empowers women to excel in their personal and professional lives; the Empower Yampa Valley Conference, which drives meaningful conversations on diversity, equity, inclusion, and progressive workplace policy; and the Economic Summit, which provides local leaders with valuable insights into regional and national trends. Cecilia also manages signature events such as the Steamboat Marathon and the July 4th Parade, which attract visitors and highlight the community’s unique spirit and hospitality.
Throughout her career, Cecilia has built a reputation for developing innovative programs that align with strategic goals while delivering measurable value to members and stakeholders. Her expertise in event planning, strategic partnerships, and organizational leadership has made her a trusted advisor and collaborator in both the business and nonprofit sectors. Cecilia and her husband, Reese, have established a family fabrication business and are raising their two sons in Steamboat Springs, embracing the adventurous mountain lifestyle. She is actively involved in organizations such as First Impressions, the Soroco Preschool Advisory Council, the Steamboat Young Professionals Network, and the UCCS Women in Leadership Advisory Board, reflecting her commitment to fostering vibrant, connected communities. |
