Christina Gray is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Business Process Owner at USAA, where she focuses on streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency within the property claims sector. In her role, Christina works to optimize processes to improve operational outcomes. She previously managed a team of adjusters within the claims organization, instilling a dedication to excellence and superior customer service.

Christina has also demonstrated strong leadership by serving as the regional lead for USAA's Employee Impact Groups. In this capacity, she was instrumental in fostering a culture of inclusion and actively promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the campus.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Christina is a devoted wife and mother to two children. The family cherishes their time together, actively enjoying the many outdoor and recreational opportunities that Colorado has to offer.
