Debbie brings over 25 years of experience in accounting and indirect tax, having spent the majority of her career at QuikTrip, a convenience store chain with over 1,100 locations across 21 states. Her passion for tax and her expertise in system implementations led her to her current role at DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. (DMA), where she serves as Manager of Tax Technology.

Known for her empathetic leadership and mentorship, Debbie creates spaces where others feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. She has guided numerous professionals toward promotion and confidence.

As an advisor in the Women in Leadership Certificate Program, Debbie is excited to support fellow participants as they navigate growth, transitions, and leadership challenges.
