CEO of TTECTTECDianna is approaching 30 years in the business process outsourcing and customer experience industry, where she began her journey on the frontlines at a contact center. Throughout her career, she has held various roles in operations, client services, and sales, supporting global companies across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA. Dianna is known for being a passionate leader driven by purpose and a commitment to serving people, with a strong focus on delivering business outcomes.
Currently, Dianna serves in dual roles as Chief of Staff and head of a portfolio. Her leadership style is deeply rooted in the value of connectedness, fostering strong relationships and collaboration. She believes that true success is achieved through meaningful connections and a common purpose. Outside of work, Dianna loves the outdoors, is a dedicated student of health and wellness, and enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She can also be found on the golf course. Sunshine fuels her, both literally and figuratively, and she brings a dose of “vitamin D” to others whenever, wherever, and however she can. Dianna holds a BS in Management and recently completed a MBA. Dianna has been married to her high school sweetheart for 25 years and is one of a relatively small population of native Coloradoans. |
