Edie Mitchell, Ph.D., is a seasoned people and talent strategist and corporate coach with 25 years of experience across public and Fortune 50 organizations including technology, media, and publishing. Known for her expertise in global leadership development, learning strategy, culture and values work, and talent development, she has designed and delivered programs for leaders at every level—from emerging talent to the C-suite. Edie currently supports senior leaders at Oracle Corporation, delivering people, culture, and performance solutions across the business, with prior roles at Arrow Electronics, McGraw-Hill, and Time Warner.

As an external consultant, Edie has partnered with companies such as Colorado Public Radio, KPMG, Bristol Myers Squibb, and MSCI to build leadership capabilities and align talent practices with values and culture. She holds a Ph.D. in Leadership and Higher Education Administration from Ohio University, a coaching certification from Northwestern University, is a Board Certified Coach (BCC), and holds the SHRM-SCP. Edie is Adjunct Faculty at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business Executive MBA program.
