My name is Heather Jordan-Rauer. Although I am not native to Colorado Springs, I consider this home. Being an "Air Force brat", this is as close to home as I ever got. I was able at graduate high school at Doherty, complete my B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing at UCCS and then after many years go back and get my MBA in Management and Homeland Defense.

My experience was mainly in healthcare for many years until I finally broke out and went into a few different fields such as law, education and retail. In those fields I have been in many different roles to include: Marketing, HR, Accounting, Operations, Customer Service and much more.

During this time I also have been fortunate enough to give back to the community by being able to serve on a few board of directors. These boards have been for seniors, the developmentally disabled, the library, etc.

I believe that as a person grows they should be able to pass their stories of success and failures onto others to help educate and inform them. This allows them to learn and make the best educated decisions for themselves with as much information as possible.
