Currently the Global Director of Quality and Regulatory Compliance at Olympus, she has successfully driven FDA inspection readiness, field action transformation, and global regulatory strategy across complex, highly regulated environments.  Jennifer has proven ability to navigate global challenges with clarity, resilience, and integrity.  

Throughout her career, Jennifer has held senior leadership roles at industry leaders including: Medtronic, Olympus, Philips, Smiths Medical, and Integer, where she built high-performing teams, led large-scale organizational change, and delivered measurable improvements in compliance and business performance.
