Kelley Huss brings more than 20 years of experience from the construction industry, beginning her career in project management for a trade partner where she supported field operations, coordinated teams, and delivered projects across diverse commercial environments. Her years as trade partner construction shaped her deep understanding of project lifecycles, stakeholder alignment, and the critical role of collaboration between general contractors and trade partners.

​Building on this foundation, Kelley now serves as a Lean Manager for a general contractor, where she leads continuous improvement efforts, facilitates problem‑solving, and drives operational excellence across project teams. She is passionate about building cultures that elevate people, strengthen processes, and create clarity in fast‑paced environments.
