Accomplished law enforcement professional with over 20 years of progressive experience in public safety and corrections leadership, currently serving as a Major at the Denver Sheriff Department. Proven expertise in jail operations, crisis negotiation, interagency collaboration, and leadership development. Demonstrated commitment to officer training, community engagement, and institutional reform through initiatives in mentorship, human trafficking advocacy, and ABLE instruction.  I have recently taken over areas of responsibility for peer support, honor guard and mounted unit within our agency.
