Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President for WinnResidential Military Housing Services, Kirstin N. Rich is responsible for the strategic support functions for the Lendlease-owned and WinnResidential-managed military housing communities nationwide including technology, facilities, marketing, and operations support. She currently shares the responsibility for directing the property management and maintenance operations at nearly 40,000 homes at 25 military communities across the U.S., including operations in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, as well as more than 1,800 employees.

Ms. Rich previously served in other corporate functions as Senior Vice President providing direct oversight of several portfolios of properties and as Director of Operations Support and as Operations Support Specialist for WinnResidential Military Housing Services. In these roles, she provided training and support to all levels of the organization, including process improvement, policy and procedure implementation assistance, and facilitation for operational challenges. She came to the industry as a military spouse and has received a Department of the Army Outstanding Civilian Service Medal and 10th Mountain Division Woman of the Mountain award.

Ms. Rich has served in the military housing industry for 19 years. She previously worked as a Computer Information System Business Consultant for a Fortune 500 consulting firm and in marketing and event management for a regional chamber of commerce. Ms. Rich has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University. Ms. Rich is married with two children and resides in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
