Linda has led user experience and product design teams for numerous Fortune 100 clients and currently is a director with CGI’s Human Centered Design group, leading strategy and design projects. For the past five years, she has worked to help companies understand the impact of the world’s changing age demographics and to embrace the multi-generational workforce of the future. During that time, she’s given presentations on agism awareness and on ‘designing for an aging population.” She believes strongly in the impact individuals can make on their own company’s culture and policies.
