Vice President, Client Experience

Trace3

A seasoned technology leader with nearly 20 years of experience in services, operations, and business strategy, she consistently delivers exceptional client outcomes and drives revenue growth through both organic initiatives and acquisitions. As VP, Client Experience and Services Operations at Trace3 she led a 160 person team and was responsible for the Delivery Center of Excellence of an 800+ delivery staff and drove top-line revenue growth of 175% over eight years. 

In addition to training her teams on how to deliver a seven-star client experience, she also successfully integrated four acquisitions and supported two private equity exits through improved operational performance. Prior to her role at Trace3, she has experience leading sales and marketing efforts for a quality assurance and testing organization and driving expansion into new markets in the healthcare space.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three children and taking on DIY projects like carpentry and refinishing furniture.
