Marielle A. Moore has experience representing employers across many industries in all stages of litigation, from severance negotiations through trial, and assisting clients with all of their day-to-day employment needs. She specializes in avoiding and, where necessary, defending against claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under federal, state, and local laws, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and various whistleblower statutes. Marielle also uses her expertise to advise clients as to wage-and-hour best practices. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Marielle helped clients navigate complex public health regulations to keep their customers and employees safe and their businesses healthy.
