Senior Communications Manager

New Belgium Brewing

Megan Olson leads internal communications at New Belgium Brewing Company. Megan joined the company in 2020 as Public Relations Manager, with a focus on driving brand narratives and supporting earned media strategies to share the company’s Human Powered Business philosophy.

In her current role as Senior Communications Manager, Megan oversees internal digital communication to more than 1,300 coworkers and supports the company’s executive and enterprise communications strategy. With degrees in Communications and Journalism from the University of Iowa, Megan maintains a passion for storytelling, networking, and helping others grow as a communications professional.

Megan lives in northern Colorado with her husband, Adam, and three children, Ryker, Eden, and Reece. She enjoys watching her kids play sports, outdoor adventures with her family and dog, drinking large amounts of iced coffee, and experimenting with cooking and baking, sprinkles often included.
