I am an experienced leader with 19 years experience in the Insurance and Financial Services industry with a demonstrated history building, leading and scaling high performing global Software Development and QA Testing teams from the ground up. I oversee the IT Quality Assurance function for the US & Canadian based operating companies of Victor Insurance Holdings Inc., including, but not limited to, Victor US, Victor Canada and ICAT. I provide management, leadership, and strategic oversight for all aspects of manual / automated testing across multiple Victor insurance IT programs and applications. I am responsible for supporting testing of 10+ QA environments, over 14 primary Victor applications and around 23 products / lines of business across multiple operating companies. In my role, I manage both "business as usual" and strategic project service delivery initiatives, working closely with business and technology stakeholders. I oversee multiple FTE teams across operating companies, as well as off-shore (India) service delivery, including IT budget responsibilities. I have a profound grasp of multi-cultural ethos, values and cultural operations and dynamics. My personalized collaborative approach combined with vast and deep exposure to different cultures, people and temperaments makes me one of the few that can mentor cross cultural and globally dispersed teams with ease.
