Project Manager

Urban Renaissance Group

Natalie Sanko brings 13 years of commercial construction and property management experience to her role as Project Manager at Urban Renaissance Group (URG). At URG, Natalie is responsible for the oversite of construction operations for Class A office buildings in Denver and Broomfield. Daily responsibilities include budget preparation, contract negotiation and administration, project scheduling, along with tenant and vendor relations. 

Joining the Denver commercial real estate market in 2011 with Baceline Investments (now Baceline Goup), Natalie began her career as an Administrative assistant in full-service real estate investment and management focusing on Class B retail shopping centers throughout the nation. While at Baceline, Natalie worked her way to the position of Construction Manager, where she oversaw $50M worth of projects in 16 states over a 5-year time period. Natalie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management with a Minor in Business Administration from Colorado State University and is an active board member of CREW Denver.
