Regional Director of SalesParks Residential DenverNichole Prince is a Colorado native, born in Loveland and raised in Aurora, CO. Nichole is an award-winning sales professional with over 20 years of experience in the Multifamily, Hospitality, and Senior Living industries. Nichole specializes in the sales efforts to help build and launch successful Hotel and Apartment brands. In her career she even had the opportunity to work with industry icon, Jack DeBoer, creator of the extended stay segment in the hospitality industry.
Jack created Residence Inn, Summerfield Suites, Candlewood Suites, Value Place, and WaterWalk Hotels and Apartments. Nichole helped launch his fifth and final brand WaterWalk Hotel Apartments, today known as WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham. Nichole worked for the largest senior living company in the United States, Brookdale Senior Living. Nichole and her team were hand selected out of 720 other assets to help rewrite Brookdale’s Senior Living sales process by participating in a Six Sigma program to help improve Brookdale’s current sales processes. Today, Nichole currently works for RCMI. With over 40 years in the industry, RCMI has established a tradition of providing unmatched service and quality for the residents and investors. Their professionally managed apartment communities and commercial assets are located throughout California, Texas, Colorado, and Louisiana. Nichole is the Regional Sales Director and is helping launch their newest brand, Parks Residential. This brand specifically caters to young professionals, students, and those seeking short-term, or corporate housing, options. They offer a distinctive blend of resident living, corporate housing, and extended stay accommodations that are furnished and unfurnished residences that offer all-inclusive utilities. Nichole is incredibly involved in the community, and serves in several capacities, and actively volunteers and advocates for the American Heart Association and Clothes To Kids of Denver. |
