She currently leads a team serving Doximity Talent Solutions' Permanent Search function, blending prompt engineering, data analytics, and performance marketing to drive measurable growth in candidate engagement and placement outcomes. Her work sits at the intersection of talent strategy, technology, and operational leadership, with a focus on building scalable, solutions-oriented sourcing models.
