She has extensive experience defining and leading transformation through improvement and technology optimization, is successful in strategy, roadmap, and process development, as well as revitalizing and streamlining operations and is effective at leveraging stakeholder relationships and aligning technological innovations with operational demands to maximize performance.
Sandy worked in the industry for utilities for 15 years and has consulted to the industry for 15 years, giving her practical experience and knowledge of industry leading practices. She holds bachelor’s degrees from Evangel University and a master’s degree from the University of Denver, Daniel’s College of Business. She is passionate about the industry and is excited to be part of the transformation that is taking place. When not helping clients, she loves to travel and is always looking for an adventure with her family.
