Shannon Braasch is a leadership strategist, speaker, and consultant dedicated to developing intentional, purpose-driven leadership. As the Director of Business Development and Organizational Development at Reasons Eating Disorder Center, she brings nearly two decades of experience in healthcare and mental health, with a Master’s degree in Counseling.

Shannon is the founder of the Strategic Leadership Workshop, workbook, and speaking series, providing leadership training for groups, individuals, and organizations. She also offers executive leadership coaching, organizational strategy consulting, guiding professionals in leadership growth, team dynamics, and strategic decision-making. Additionally, she specializes in branding and business development consulting, helping organizations and leaders refine their vision and impact.

Passionate about fostering meaningful connections, Shannon has built a strong professional network across the country. She believes that intentional leadership leads to strategic leadership and equips both emerging and experienced leaders with tangible skills for success.
