Hailing from the Western Slope, Ashlee brings 16+ years of experience in Higher Education & State Government Administration – specializing in employee professional coaching, designing & facilitating leadership development, and advancing institutional culture & engagement strategies. Her focus has been on enhancing employee engagement, manager leadership, and cultural advancement through taking the lead on initiating change management campaigns and spearheading organizational training & development programming.

​Ashlee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English/Communications from Adams State University and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Capella University, as well as a variety of professional certifications in coaching, training & development, DEI concepts, and assessment facilitation. A leader of leadership & culture for the Colorado Department of Revenue, Ashlee calls Colorado Springs home, where she lives with her husband and 2 young daughters. She digs musical theatre, board games, disc golf, writing short stories, and claims to bake a mean scone.
