Blanca Greenstein, Esq.Blanca was a lawyer for 25 years and served as a trial lawyer (voted Lawyer of the Year at the Public Defender's Office), head of litigation for a publicly traded corporation Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC, partner of two major law firms (Morris Laing Evans Brock & Kennedy, Chtd and Greenstein & Associates) and is also an inventor of a fully patented custom built email management program called Ingate, which she invented to process high volumes of corporate email.

Sandy LambSandy graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a Master of Science in International Business. She sits on the Advisory Board for several non-profits and Executive Education Instructor at University of Colorado, Colorado Springs (UCCS). She has a passion for professional speaking and has traveled the world to deliver her message on emotional intelligence and psychological safety to live stages in SE Asia, Canada, Australia, and the US. In 2023, Sandy became a #1 international best-selling author with her book, “Cracking the Rich Code, Volume 10”. Her chapter titled “Return on Empathy” shares her journey to personal belonging and higher emotional intelligence in male-saturated industries, where she worked before becoming an entrepreneur focused on giving back and supporting girls and women in STEM.
