Leanna Summers has been advocating for helping at-risk children her whole career, first as Editor-in-Chief of magazines at Compassion International and most recently at OneChild as Digital Marketing and Content Strategy Director where she enjoys empowering and coaching a team of talented writers and editors.

Leanna is a champion for the power of giving voice to people. Nothing makes her happier than sitting with an at-risk family to hear their stories of hope and heartache, and then developing their stories into powerful pieces that educate, engage, and inspire an audience to action. In her spare time, Leanna enjoys volunteering to help refugees in her community and loves to mentor women to help them identify their strengths and make positive impacts on their communities.
